Service Providers:

Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre wishes to establish quality working relationships with service providers that provide ancillary services to our students. Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre wishes to ensure Quality assurance of these services.

If we Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre, make a reservation or booking with ancillary organisations we do so with the assurance that:

· Students will receive the best care and attention that these providers offer to their clientele

· Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre can register any complaints that a student may have with these providers, through provider client engagement and complaints procedures.

· Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre will only  work with reputable organisations which hold appropriate insurance, have GDPR compliance, and follow all laws and procedures that support best practice.

  • partners must have current Garda vetting when working with learners who are under 18. 
  • partners have required insurance(s) for the specific sector/type of partner’s business
  • partners must have relevant risk assessments, safety statements, including evacuation procedures as appropriate

· Providers will inform Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre of any substantive changes in operating procedures, as soon as changes are made, that may affect our students .
